How can I return/change an item?

The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered) and with their corresponding purchase slip.
Should you need to return or change an item (for size or colour), you’ll need to fill the Return/Change Request form at the bottom of the Home Page.
You’ll be charged with delivery fees but you can claim them back through PayPal (for more information, please visit www.paypal.com/it/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns)
You can send back the item through:
Priority mail at Mixerishop, via Paolo Belizzi 47 29122 Piacenza, Italy;
A courier of your choice;
Our GLS courier.
Should you opt for the latter, please save the delivery slip you find in the parcel so it’ll be easier for us to put you in contact with GLS.

What is the deadline for returning/changing my item?

The deadline is 14 days from the reception of the email “Order completed”.

Do I have to pay for returning my item?

All returns/changes are free.

In case you’re changing your item, we will not charge for delivery fees.

How will I get my money back?

Once we approve the item change, you’ll receive your money back through the same payment method you used to purchase it.
